In 2022, the 31st Southeast Asian Games takes place in Hanoi and some nearby provinces. This is the second time that Viet Nam has hosted the SEA Games, the first time held in 2003 – SEA Games 22.
To propagate ASEAN’s important sport event taking place in Viet Nam to the domestic and international community, the Ministry of Information and Communications issues the stamp set: “The 31st Southeast Asian Games – 31st SEA Games”, including 04 stamps and 01 block with the face values of 4,000 VND; 4,000 VND; 4,000 VND; 15,000 VND and 15,000 VND, introducing sport subjects: Athletics; Shooting; Swimming; Gymnastics and Football.

Năm 2022, Đại hội Thể thao Đông Nam Á lần thứ 31 diễn ra tại Hà Nội và một số địa phương lân cận. Đây cũng là lần thứ 2 Việt Nam đăng cai tổ chức SEA Games, lần thứ nhất tổ chức vào năm 2003 – SEA Games 22.
Nhằm góp phần tuyên truyền sự kiện thể thao lớn của ASEAN diễn ra tại Việt Nam tới cộng đồng trong và ngoài nước, Bộ Thông tin và Truyền thông phát hành bộ tem “Đại hội Thể thao Đông Nam Á lần thứ 31 – SEA Games 31”, gồm 04 mẫu và 01 blốc, giá mặt tương ứng là: 4000đ, 4000đ, 4000đ, 15000đ và 15000đ giới thiệu các môn thi đấu: Điền kinh, Bắn súng, Bơi, Thể dục dụng cụ và Bóng đá.

แสตมป์ที่ระลึก “มหกรรมกีฬาซีเกมส์ ครั้งที่ 31 – เวียดนาม 2022”

ในปี พ.ศ. 2565 (ค.ศ. 2022) ประเทศเวียดนามได้รับเกียรติให้เป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการแข่งขัน มหกรรมกีฬาซีเกมส์ ครั้งที่ 31 (31st Southeast Asian Games) ซึ่งจัดขึ้น ณ กรุงฮานอยและจังหวัดใกล้เคียง นับเป็นครั้งที่สองที่เวียดนามได้เป็นเจ้าภาพซีเกมส์ ต่อจากครั้งแรกในปี พ.ศ. 2546 (SEA Games ครั้งที่ 22)
เพื่อเผยแพร่ความสำคัญของมหกรรมกีฬาระดับภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ครั้งนี้สู่ประชาชนภายในประเทศและนานาชาติ กระทรวงสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารแห่งสาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนาม ได้จัดทำและออก แสตมป์ที่ระลึกชุด “The 31st Southeast Asian Games – SEA Games 31” ซึ่งถือเป็นเอกสารไปรษณีย์ที่มีคุณค่าทางประวัติศาสตร์กีฬาและความร่วมมือระดับภูมิภาคอาเซียน
แสตมป์ชุดนี้ประกอบด้วย
- แสตมป์เดี่ยวจำนวน 4 ดวง
- แผ่นชีท (Block) จำนวน 1 แผ่น
- บัตรภาพที่ระลึก (Maximum Card) จำนวน 4 แบบ
- ซองวันแรกจำหน่าย จำนวน 2 ซอง
ราคาหน้าดวงประกอบด้วย 4,000 ดอง และ 15,000 ดอง โดยนำเสนอชนิดกีฬาสำคัญที่เป็นสัญลักษณ์ของการแข่งขันซีเกมส์ ได้แก่ กรีฑา (Athletics), ยิงปืน (Shooting), ว่ายน้ำ (Swimming), ยิมนาสติก (Gymnastics) และฟุตบอล (Football)
ในเชิงออกแบบ แสตมป์สะท้อนพลังของกีฬา การเคลื่อนไหว และจิตวิญญาณแห่งการแข่งขัน ควบคู่กับอัตลักษณ์ร่วมของประเทศในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ งานออกแบบเน้นความร่วมสมัยและความเป็นสากล สอดคล้องกับบทบาทของซีเกมส์ในฐานะเวทีเชื่อมโยงมิตรภาพระหว่างชาติสมาชิกอาเซียน
