The first stamp, in green, focuses on sustainability with forest landscapes and the Sultan’s portrait, symbolizing environmental priorities. The blue second stamp represents development and infrastructure, conveying stability and regional cooperation. The third stamp, in red, emphasizes unity and shared prosperity through dynamic patterns. All stamps share common design elements, including the ASEAN emblem and member states’ flags, illustrating the commitment to collaboration and collective aspirations within Southeast Asia.
