18th SEA GAMES Philatelic Exhibition Commemorative Cover

Purpose:
To commemorate the 18th SEA GAMES Philatelic Exhibition to be held at Kad Suan Kaew, the Shopping Park, Muang District, Chiang Mai, during 8th – 17th December, 1995. The exhibition aims at publicizing as well as promoting philatelic activities in Chiang Mai and nearby provinces.
Design:
Illustrates the logo of the 18th SEA GAMES and “Lai Khum” Temple of Wat Phra Singh, an important Buddhist temple of Chiang Mai. The cover is affixed with a piece of 8.00 Baht denomination of the Important Buddhist Religious Day (Visakhapuja Day) Postage Stamp.
