On 15 December 1995, a postage stamp with a denomination of 6.00 Baht was issued to promote the Fifth ASEAN Summit Meeting in Thailand, attended by leaders from Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. The stamp features a logo designed in a unique Thai style, symbolizing unity among the seven ASEAN member countries through the depiction of seven petals of Phanchaayarn. Additionally, it includes a piece of the 2.00 Baht ASEAN Environment Year 1995 Commemorative Postage Stamp. The design was created by Mr. Sawas Ponawasi and issued by the Philatelic Division of the Communications Authority of Thailand.
